Introduction
At the core of the discipline International Relations lay visibly security related activities with the prime aim of addressing issues of war and peace. Approaches to dealing with these issues have morphed overtime owing to several factors of which revolutionary transformation of security ambient, absolute rearrangement of the system of global power and force post the cold war era, and the egress of new security challenges, risks, and threats have all contributed significantly (Sulovic, 2010).
