Globally, Diabetes mellitus represents one of the greatest medical emergencies thus posing a major public health concern (El Hage, 2022). Currently, about 422 million people are diabetic globally and the disease is directly responsible for over 1.5 million deaths annually (World Health Organization (W.H.O), 2022). The presence of diabetes is spotted by the increased level of blood glucose which overtime results in critical damage to the blood vessels, eyes, kidney, heart and nerves (W.H.O, 2022).
The objective of the study is to examine whether stem therapy is an effective treatment for diabetic foot ulcer evidence in the reduction of limb amputation among affected patient.
